Guidelines:

• You must be at least 16 years old to donate

• 16 and 17 year old donors must pick up a consent form outside the attendance office and bring it the day of the drive

• Must be at least 110 pounds to donate

Things to Remember:

• Eat a big breakfast

• Drink water

• Bring ID
