Restrictions:

• No more than 2 SMFHS Basketball players per team

• No Q3 discipline (Suspension, etc.)

• No Q3 failures 

• Absent 4+ (32 hours) days in Q3 

• 6+ tardies in Q3 

Sign-up forms can be found outside of the attendance office

Turn in to room 104 or 139 by March 12

March 30th-April 9th

Drop off at SMFHS or City Hall

Please donate:

• Non-perishable food items

• Washed clothings for all ages - especially teen and child sizes
